The client
Medworks is a private longevity membership for a premium Los Angeles wellness clinic.
We designed and built the platform where members manage their membership, earn and use credits, book in-clinic services, and order peptides matched to their health goals. The business reached more than $10,000 in monthly recurring revenue in its first month.
The challenge
Medworks sells two very different things side by side: an ongoing membership, and one-off peptide orders that only members are allowed to place. Members pay monthly and receive credits to spend on in-clinic appointments, while their peptides are bought separately, one order at a time, from a store that stays closed to everyone else.
That meant getting a real credits system right — rollover rules, monthly caps, paid top-ups — alongside secure handling of a sensitive and regulated product, a premium, editorial feel that earns trust from members paying hundreds of dollars a month, and an offer flexible enough to change shape as the clinic learned what its members wanted. On top of that, it had to ship fast and then keep evolving with paying members already on board.
The connected member journey
The strategy
We built Medworks on one foundation that everything else plugs into, and shaped the work around the clinic's own rules, its team, and the phones its members carry.
We brought memberships, credits, orders and bookings together in one platform. With the clinic's business rules built in from the start, Medworks can adapt its offer without relying on disconnected tools.
We built the credit system around the way the clinic works: members receive monthly longevity credits, can roll over up to one month's balance with a twelve-credit cap, and can add extra credits with $50 top-ups. These rules are managed within the platform and can evolve as the membership grows.
We shaped the member journey to make each next step clear, from sign-up and medical forms to the VO₂ Max test and consultation. Members can see their credit balance, order history and reports in one place.
We built a custom admin so the team can manage members, subscriptions, recommendations and credit adjustments themselves. A traceable credit history helps the team answer questions, while mobile access and automated onboarding emails make daily operations easier.
We created a native iPhone app that gives members access to their current treatment, approved peptides, recommended therapies, bookings, VO₂ Max reports, therapy videos and private clinic chat — all from their phone.
Before building each product, we created a shared design system for Medworks: a considered colour palette, typography and reusable components for buttons, forms and cards. It gives the marketing website, storefront, admin, iPhone app and emails a consistent visual identity, while making it easier to add new screens as the product grows.
We brought the marketing website, members' storefront, admin, app and emails together on a shared platform. This keeps the experience connected and lets the clinic update the product across touchpoints as its needs change.
We connected the back office to AI assistants through a secure MCP connector. The clinic team can ask questions about live business data in plain language, with access governed by the same permissions as the admin.
We designed Medworks to evolve with the clinic and its members. The team can adjust the membership, add features and improve the live product regularly, without waiting for a major rebuild.
The results
Medworks' own membership and revenue figures, eight months after the January 2026 launch.
Memberships, credits, bookings and members-only orders live in one codebase the clinic owns, not in a chain of disconnected tools.
Monthly credits, a one-month rollover capped at twelve and $50 top-ups are rules inside the platform, adjusted as the offer matures.
The admin lets the clinic manage members, therapies, credits and announcements without us in the loop, from a desk or a phone.
Medworks Members is live on the App Store: current treatment, bookings, VO₂ Max reports, therapy videos and a private line to the clinic.
The emails that walk a new member from welcome to VO₂ test, results and consultation go out on their own.
Through a secure MCP connector the team asks questions of live clinic data in plain language, under the admin's own permissions.
The project
1.0 — Storefront
The storefront brings membership, credits, bookings and members-only orders into one coherent experience — from choosing a plan to reordering a recommended peptide.

2.0 — Admin
A custom back office lets the clinic team manage members, therapies and daily operations independently. Every credit movement is logged, so any balance can be traced and explained.

3.0 — iPhone app
Medworks Members keeps the clinic in members' pockets: check the current treatment, book with credits, open VO₂ Max reports and therapy videos, and message the clinic privately.

Also in the app: VO₂ Max reports, bookings, notifications and a private chat with the clinic.
Live on the App Store4.0 — Design system
One palette, one type scale and one set of components keep the storefront, admin, app, website and emails consistent — so new screens extend the product instead of patching it.

5.0 — Ecosystem
One team and one shared foundation connect the clinic's whole digital experience.
6.0 — AI back office
A secure MCP connector lets the team ask questions about live clinic data through an AI assistant, with the same permissions as the admin. It answers operational questions — it does not diagnose members or make clinical decisions.
7.0 — Under the hood
A compact, shared architecture keeps every surface in sync.
The conclusion
Love it. It's really great.thirty paying members, five more pending

We're getting a great response. The results we've been seeing are just from word of mouth. The app was the best solution: when someone becomes a member they download the app. Then the persisting login, notifications and clear navigation allow them to book appointments and get the most out of the membership through the app.
