Focus on your business,we take care of everything else.
Let us worry about theme development, UX/UI design, on-site user behaviour, integrations, and more.
We partner with e-commerce brands running on Shopify. From a brand-new custom theme to a small tweak on the one you already have, we plug in as the technical and design team behind your store.
What we solve
The problems we solve for your store.
We do not split our attention across platforms — Shopify is what we know, end to end. These are the four places merchants get stuck.
Your theme is slowing your whole team down.
A custom Liquid theme designed for your brand and built from the ground up — not a marketplace template with a coat of paint. Sections your team can edit without booking a developer, a design system in Figma, and the pages that actually matter.
Your operations hang by a thread of ten integrations.
One private app built for your merchant account and your workflow, replacing the stack of half-fitting plugins holding things together. Public apps for the Shopify App Store too — billing, OAuth, GDPR webhooks and review submission included.
You’ve outgrown what a Shopify theme can do.
Headless storefronts on Hydrogen or the Storefront API when theme constraints start costing you sales, plus the performance work that makes a heavy store fast again — measured before and after, so the difference is a number.
Your store looks like it did three years ago.
A full visual refresh on the store you already run — type, colour, components, photography direction, the lot — without rebuilding everything underneath it.
How we do it
No black box. You steer, every week.
Agencies go quiet for months and hand back a store you did not ask for. Ours never leaves your hands: you see the work every week, on a preview theme, and decide what happens next.
01
Free project proposal
We look at the store you have today, agree what is worth building, and write it down in plain language — what changes, what it touches, and where the first release stops. The proposal is free and it is yours to keep, even if we never work together.
02
Scope agreed in writing
Nothing is built until you have approved that scope and we have store access and your brand assets. No surprise invoices, no quiet expansions — if something needs to change later, we agree it with you first.
03 Every week
Weekly sprint with your Client Companion
Every week, in the same slot, your Client Companion walks you through the week’s work on a preview theme, answers your questions, and plans the next week with you. Your live store is never the work surface, and nothing reaches customers before you have seen it.
04
Launch and handover
We publish the theme to your live store and hand over everything that runs it — the theme, the app, the documentation, and any accounts we set up along the way. It all lives in your Shopify admin, under your name.
Running an online shop means being an expert in completely different areas at once — tech, design, UX, analytics, ads, logistics, product, support. We carry the tech, digital design, and user-experience load so you can focus on the rest. Read more on our method — how we plug in and why we keep teams small and senior.

FAQ
The questions every merchant asks
Do you work on my existing theme?
Yes — new sections, a checkout-extension tweak, an integration with a fulfillment provider, a performance pass. We work on a duplicate of your theme and show you the result on a preview link, so your live store is never the work surface and nothing reaches customers before you have seen it.
Will it slow my store down?
The opposite is usually the point. We agree a performance budget before we start, keep Liquid and asset weight in check as we build, and measure the store before and after so the difference is a number you can see rather than a claim we make.
Who owns the theme and the code?
You do, outright and from day one. The theme lives in your Shopify admin and the code in your repository, under your accounts — never ours. A handover is part of every engagement, so you are never locked in to us.
What is a Sprint?
At Studio Prats we work in weekly Sprints following the Agile methodology: each week we set the priorities and features to work on together with you, and deliver them the following week. Sometimes unknowns or blockers come up in a feature and, instead of building something wrong that you don't want, we touch base with you the next week to adjust.
